Sommer Rice joined Peglar Real Estate Group in April 2011. Sommer first earned her real estate license in 2005. She & fellow Real Estate Agent Chris Nosari form the Nosari Realty Team. Sommer also works as the Marketing/Advertising Coordinator at Nosari Home Mortgage, Inc. Sommer is a Mountain Home native & graduate of Mountain Home High School, & holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Missouri State University. Sommer’s passion for business, marketing, & sales led her to pursue post-secondary education in Strategic Marketing at the University of Arkansas-Sam M. Walton Graduate School of Business before returning to Mountain Home in 2005. Sommer is married to Phillip Rice—Certified Real Estate Appraiser & Owner of Ozark Appraisals, Inc., established in 2004. She and Phillip share a daughter, Avery Grace.

Real Estate Agent/REALTOR Chris Nosari is Founder & President of Nosari Home Mortgage, Inc., a company he established in 1995 in Mountain Home. Chris joined Peglar Real Estate Group in 2011 & paired with fellow Real Estate Agent Sommer Rice to form the Nosari Realty Team. In addition to Real Estate Sales & ownership of Nosari Home Mortgage, Chris established the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service franchise in Mountain Home in 2005. Chris is also a licensed Auctioneer, Co-Founder & Co-Owner of auction company Arkansas Auction Block, LLC. A Mountain Home native & graduate of Mountain Home High School, Chris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a Minor in Real Estate from Missouri State University. Chris served on the Mountain Home City Council for six years & is a former Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce Board Member. He and wife Kelley have two children, and enjoy water skiing, snow skiing, tennis, golf, & travel.

As a sixth generation Arkansan, my roots grow deep in the Twin Lakes area. After graduating from Mountain Home High School in 1993, I briefly left home to attend college where I met my wife Tamara. Longing for the outdoors, fishing, family, and the strong community environment of my youth I returned home. Tamara and I are happy to be able to raise our three kids in the community that I grew up in and enjoy all of the benefits of the Twin Lakes area.
